Wild Rush

After an explosion in a governmental facility a new chemical was expulsed into the atmosphere, causing a strange purple rain that lasted 3 weeks. The rain infused with the chemical caused strange mutations and a lot of children where born with animal parts and instincts. Most of them were given in adoption, these hybrids where soon declared a sub-species and where striped of there "human" rights, sold and traded most of them were given to the military, the rest were treated as pets or slaves by "normal" humans. The lucky few that weren't sold ended up in the slums or taking up jobs as thugs for little to nothing. This went on for years with the hybrids having no hope of anything changing but what will happen when three young hybrids decide they've had it with the humans.
