Arthur Dumble lives in a world with 2 kinds of people; the Shifters and the Normys. But no one knows that they are any different. The only difference between them is their eating habits. Shifters eat insects, Normys eat normal human food. Everybody eats alone, Lord Maygus inserted this rule. Thus, no one knows they eat different. Until one day, Arthur decides to not follow the rules. Will he survive in the outside world, with all the guards making sure there is no one on the streets?

Everyone knows about the 2Ps. Some of the countries have even met them on rare occasions, but they rarely choose to be part of each other's lives, and much is also true in this situation. Arthur has heard about his 2P, who also shares his name, though prefers to be called Oliver. The thought that this alternate him was of any relation to him disgusted him. So, for the longest time, Arthur tried devising the perfect spell to destroy his 2P for good. He could even rid the world of a few of the other 2P's, but he wasn't sure if they were as dangerous and murderous as his was.
