Many of us have grown up in a two parent home environment and some a one parent home environment. This novel isn’t about them. It is about children who have been court ordered into foster care and relative and non-relative placements. This is a story based on the true experiences of one unique Florida caseworker and the influence he has in the lives of a multitude of children and teenagers in his caseload, we’re talking children relegated to a system that is considered a last resort for those whose parents have been deemed absent, mentally unfit, or emotionally unstable, to provide and care for them.
