A monster child. That was what they all called Forsythia. It was just because she was found in the woods at age ten with no memories. She had a traumatic event that caused her to lose her memories. Edgar and Elizabeth took her in as their own daughter. It worked for seven years, until one night on the full moon, when everyone was supposed to be asleep in their boarded up houses, a scream echoed through the town. Forsythia followed Edgar when he said he was going to save the person. She found the girl before he did. The girl ran when the wolf's attention turned to Forsythia. She realized the wolf was innocent. But when her father saw her trying to comfort the wolf, he called her a monster child, and she ran into the woods, hurt by his words. She stumbled upon a castle where she met Lucas. He was a cruel man who seemed to not care about her feelings at all. She stayed away from him when she could, exploring the castle. She wished the castle wasn't cursed. She wanted to go home so badly. She discovered dark truths and learned about her dark past. Her life changed in a matter of moments. Her only hope to get through it was Lucas. Could he change? Could he actually forget about his terrible past and focus on what was right in front of him? Would Forsythia try and ignore the feelings she was developing for him, or would she tell the truth?
