When Zuko receives reports of a group of four bandits stealing from the construction site he calls the Gaang back together to figure out their plan. However, Aang is distracted by one key point in the case: there appears to be an airbender on the team of bandits...is he no longer "The Last Airbender?" Yes, she loved the place, and her family, but ever since father left she had basically been looking after the whole village. Wake up, train with siblings, go fishing, cook, and go to bed. Every. Single. Day. But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Disclaimers! None of the art is mine unless said otherwise. I do not own Avatar the Last Airbender or it's characters. Why is this labeled as mature? Some gruesome descriptions, and dark themes. All possibly triggering pieces have warnings to notify the readers beforehand.

enemies, to friends, to lovers. ______________ hi there. so, this is modern. they still have bending, ba sing se is a place etc. it's just like ATLA except with technology i guess? not sure how to explain it. but we've got zukka because im in love with it, kataang and then.. toph. but there is not firelord stuff or anything like that. i'm editing this 3 chapters in because it followed the plot line better LMAO suki died. i haven't put too much research into when she died, but i'm gonna say this is like a year or so after the last episode of atla. they need to be aged up LMAO sokka is 17, zuko 18. katara 16 and for the sake of the plot aang is also 16. toph is 15. mature content warning. minimal swearing if y'all care LMAO. its slow burn and a lot of beating around the bush. they don't wanna admit anything and sokkas just overall afraid to love again after every woman or girl he's loved has died in some form. minus katara and toph. zukos head over heels you could say, he's realizing what affection really feels like. so this leaves him questioning
