Ludwig Beilschmidt struggles a hard, devastating life in District One of Panem; staying alive only by The Capitol's will. Every year was the same. Repeated, recycled, and relived, as more tributes fell. Ludwig could only wait for the day that he was chosen. When he would be dragged into a survival game know as The Hunger Games. But a few days before his eighteenth reaping, Ludwig had gained two things he could lose, which meant everything to him. His tireless, unflagging will to survive, or his best friend Feliciano Vargas.
(This is a Hunger Games/Hetalia: Axis Powers AU crossover. I have studied the book, and made this story with the best of my abilities, to make it as accurate as possible. Please note that some things have been changed to fit the characters, themes, viewpoints, etc. Not everything will go by Suzanne Collins original storyline.
