All along, humans have been both good and evil to not only each other but to all animals. They also believed there were no consequences for that. They were so wrong. Now God and something are the only things between humanity and a threat so powerful doors, guns, and transportation won't save anyone, just get in the way.

I'm just lying here in stillness and darkness wondering why. Why did this have to happen to my mom? We have nothing we can't even afford a house. Here I am a 14 year old boy that lives in a shelter home. Mom says one day we'll get out. But I've lost all hope. And I know my mom has no hope either. If she did I wouldn't have to hear her cry herself to sleep at night. I hate seeing her in so much pain. I wish, I could get a job. Maybe since I'm younger and a boy they'll hire me. Who am I kidding? My mom's in her 30's she's not old either. Sometimes the idiots that run this place kick my mom out for the night because she's making too much noise after hours. My mom was crying; is that too hard to understand? I hate this place. Well, tomorrow's our first day apart since summer started. They're forcing me to go to high school. I'm okay with school but I don't want to leave my mom alone in this world. Well, I guess there's a better chance of me getting a job if I'm in high school. You know there's one thing I remember my mom telling me when I was young. "Never frown; you never know who's falling in love with your smile." Words to live by. How I became a vampire witch
I had always been drawn to the dark side, be it in movies or in any other field, even when picking a book to read. I would be drawn by the cover art, and I have never been wrong by a cover picking of a book. So there I was in this situation with "friends" where they wanted to go to a club, I hated clubs because all the one's they dragged me to were so not my scene. The whole thing was a turn off, I would find a dark corner and just sit and watch, till they were ready to go home. One evening same deal, only one thing was different, I had seen a guy walk through the club, he was dressed differently to everyone else and to me looked like a god. I had skintight black jeans on, and a chest hugging polar neck. He walked right past me and didn't even see me, but I sure saw him and he had dropped something. When I was sure he was gone I went and picked it up........ This is where it all began.....Complete
House Number 1402
When I was younger, I had one fear. I had one thing that always creeped me out. One thing that always gave me the chills. It was this large house that was on my street. House number 1402. That house had never had normal inhabitants and since the first time I passed by it, I hated it. When I went off to college I thought I was done with that house. I moved away and began my whole new life. Then on my 21st birthday, my mother asked me to come home. She needed my help, and I couldn’t say no. So, back home I went. Just like that. Easy as pie, I packed my things and left. That house was still there, and it still freaked me out. Even though I had planned on ignoring it completely, fate had other plans for me. There was always something about that house, maybe I just never looked at it the right way. Maybe from the start I should have dug deeper. Maybe coming home wouldn’t be as easy as I thought.Complete
