This is it! The school day has been started! At nagkita-kita ang magkakabarkada na sina Itonoge,Keima,Akihiko,Temuro at Ken sila'y pumapasok sa paaralan ng Gāden Highschool but theirs something wierd happens in the world na hindi nila inaasahan at wala silang kaalam alam na mangyayari yon.
Isang virus ang kumakalat sa mundo ng dahil sa mga experiment ng mga scientist at sinasabi ng mga tao na dahil sa kasalanan ng mga tao kaya nangyari ito and this is the End of The World, pero para sa magkakabarkada it's just the GAME CHALLENGE OF THE WORLD!.
