Humans and vampires live together in peace. 

However, there are vampires, just as there are humans, intent on disturbing this peace. While the human police deals with the human criminals, a Vampire Council has been created to deal with the vampire criminals, often known as rougues. For the more serious cases, they have trained an elite team of humans, known as vampire hunters. They are summoned by the Council when required.

There is one particular hunter that has been given a lot of interest...it is rumored that he discovered the corruption in the old Council, and that he killed thirty-four vampire elites directly involved.
