I felt the wind whipping around the small amount of blue dip dyed brown hair hanging out of my helmet as I sped down the nearly abandoned road. Did I know where I was going? Nope not a clue, but what I did know was that this was the best way to clear my mind.
Then that one thing hit me, hard. Like the time I ran face first into a sliding glass door, but worse. Tears started to stream down my face. My only living family member had died, and I had been the one to find him.
One last thing, oh yeah, the only person who I have left to turn to, was not even in the country. Nor did I think I'd have any chance of seeing him any time soon, I mean yeah sure we kept in contact, but he is a busy guy!

I ran faster against the blinding snowy wind, down the street to my street. I wiped off some of the snow on my face but I saw the thins behind me. Their blue eyes and sharp teeth glowed in the light of each street lamp. They sprinted behind me, I kept hoping my house would pop up anytime now. My hand slaps against my mouth as I try to shut myself up. Don't make too much noise...or he'll hear you. A vehicle's door opens then slams shut. I don't hear footsteps...but as the minutes go by I begin to hear them; the footsteps get louder and louder and louder, matching the sound of my thundering heart. That's when I see his shadow cast over the ditch...over the place where I tried to hide. "Well," he says with a smile in his voice. "I wonder where he could've gone...the footprints stop here...so I wonder if he just...disappeared?" My body begins to tremble. I can feel it now. The pain. I can feel the pain already. He jumps down into the ditch...he stands directly in front of me, with his back facing me. My hand presses harder against my mouth as I try to suppress my whimper, but it's way too late now. But his body tenses up when he hears it. He laughs bitterly as he turns around slowly, and his eyes cut through my camouflage easily. "There you are."Concluida

Unintentional Passion
Geovanni Have you ever gotten that feeling that somebody was watching you? And that person who was watching you wasn't normal. I have felt that way all of my life; but then again I felt as if I went missing nobody would even notice or care I was gone. I am 23 and just graduated from college. I was there an extra year because I had to take care of my family. I had to transfer back into the city and pick up the extra work because my mom died, and my dad became addicted to anything that would numb his pain. My little sister and brother would be lost without me here. But now I could care less. A cold breeze blew through my window waking me up from my thoughts. I looked over in the corner and saw that nothing was there. It was odd because I felt like someone well more like something was there. It had to be my imagination getting the best of me. I laid back in my bed and closed my eyes. Then all of a sudden I got the feeling I wasn't alone. But the really strange thing is that even if there was someone in here with me I felt safe. Jordan. I watched her as she slept. In fact I have been watching her since she was born. I have waited half a century to find that one person. I think I have finally settled on her. She was my choice. I know. After being in as many relationships as I have you know things. I felt my fangs tingle. Her blood smelled so sweet. Her heartbeat was steady and strong. I took my tongue and ran it across my fang. The temptation to indulge in her red liquid was far too strong. I let out a low growl and jumped out her window. I was ready for a hunt. "Did you see her Jordan?" "Yes, and tomorrow night you will turn her," "Why do I have to turn her?" "aargh!" That was a cry of pain as I became suddenly conscious.I must have been out for hours.I could feel the excruciating pain tearing through my scalp."I don't think I can hold it much longer".I looked around the field, blinded by darkness as the grasses pierced through my skin and tried to remember how I got here."What happ...how did...how am I...?!", unfinished questions racing through my mind and just then I could feel something dripping from my forehead into my left eye, stinging at every drop and I reached out to it, rubbing my eyes fiercely.It didn't take much for me to know that I was bleeding severely, my forehead was partially covered in blood.I tore off a piece of cloth from my shirt and wrapped it around my head like a bandage.I was wet and soaked in blood, my blood?-I could smell it."Now how did I get here, what the heck happened to me?". I was still figuring that out when suddenly, a bright light was shone on my face.I felt my eyes burn, trying to retain minimum light and it quickly adjusted as fast as it could.I looked towards the light-it was a van, honking and revving simultaneously.Even with my partially blinded eyes, I stood up slowly, minding my surrounding carefully as I tried to see the person in the van.Took me a split second to recognize the person and at that moment, I remembered how this nightmare started."Yes, yes, I remember everything".Those were the last words I said as I watched the van head my way and then.....Concluida

He once told me no one knows the real him.I didn't think he meant it, and not in a good way. He is a straight A student, and everyone knows it, not to mention he is on the swim team. All that though isn't the real him, the real him hides deep within himself. ---------- "Can you please tell me what that was?" I nearly shout at him. All I get is silence. He keeps his back to me. "Please, I need some explanation." I beg. I stay still as he stops dead in his tracks. His body is tense and it's scarring me. He turns around slowly to face me with his hands at his sides. His eyes meet mine, but there is no spark of any emotion in them. They are cold and dark making me look away not being able to hold his deadly stare. I feel uneasy under his gaze, and i feel his eyes burning a hole in the side of my face. "No, I won't explain because it's not important." He says in a low, almost, growl. I flinch and look back into his eyes. I feel hurt by his words and I don't know why, but I know he sees it in my eyes. His faces flashes with regret but it's quickly covered up with his faces going back to it's hard cold look. I feel my heart stop and my face go pale. His look terrified me making me hold my breath. "Breath." He orders. I start to breathe again and just blink at him. "Now go." He orders me again. I flinch involuntarily at his tone and jump back slightly. "Please don't let me walk home alone." I beg in a quiet voice, looking down at my feet. The next thing I see are his black combat boots right in front of my shoes. I look up into his eyes and he looks down into mine confusion written all over his face. "How come you aren't running yet?" He questions searching my eyes. "I just can't walk home alone, please I'm scared." I hear him chuckle. "You aren't afraid of me? What can possibly be scarier than me?" He asks. "Well, I know you will keep me safe." "Why is that?" He questions raising an eyebrow at me. "You haven't hurt me." "Yet." He mutters, but I roll my eyes.Concluida

IT lets go of me, my head hits the ground again, no sound echos this time. IT's mouth movies, but my ears ring, so I can't hear IT. Everything is blurry and movies too much.
