17 year old Jade Lerena is your normal teen girl struggling through high school, but not with grades, her social life. Jade isn't your average girl, but she is proud to be different. Except not too many people are comfortable with the thought of ""different" or in her case her style. She doesn't believe in stereotypes and labels, but she still gets bullied and her own dad seems to be against her.

Surprisingly, that's not her biggest problem. It's actually her love life or should I say her non existing love life. She is in love with Carter Jackson, her best friends boyfriend. The only thing is, she liked him first and her best friend stole him from her, but surprisingly she's still friends with her. Will she be able to handle the jealousy?

Then there is her best guy friend and first boyfriend who broke up with her when he moved, who might still be in love with her. Eventually Jade will be caught between to two guys that mean the most to her, but who will she chose? Or who will chose her?
