Parallel Universes
@zpanacea sent me this suggestion: Harry is a painter. The time comes when he can't paint because he lost inspiration and can't get himself to paint. When he was trying to paint again, he let his hand do the work. He looked at the finished product of his painting, it shows a lad smiling at him with ocean-blue eyes, and like beckoning him to be with him. When he touches the painting he got sucked in and finds himself in an unfamiliar living room with toys scattered all around (which is the Tomlinson's residence). Alright, I tried to keep to the main idea but I had to make some changes to make the story work. Harry is a painter and after waking up with a dream fresh in his mind he paints the boy in his dream. When he touches the painting he ends up in a parallel universe with a boy named Louis. Some smut warning, mpreg Purely fictionalComplete
And Now, It's Time to Leave (and Turn to Dust) ⇆ l.s.
"Harry?" "Louis!" He sits up in bed the following morning, realizing it wasn't his room, his surroundings, or his Harry. Or the one where Louis is in a car accident with Harry and he wakes up in his hospital, noticing that everyone on Earth is missing but himself and Harry.Complete
Home
Summary: Louis finds himself out of place in LA, unable to get at an itch that's been bothering him for years. He supposes back in the early days, home hadn't been a place. It'd been a person. He'd etched it permanently into his skin for fucks sake. It was always him and Harry. Stuck to each other like super glue. Pulled together by some magnetic force, existing in their own bubble. Everyone could see it, but that was half the problem, wasn't it? It's not like Louis can pinpoint the exact moment in time when him and Harry fell out of sync. There wasn't really one at all. It had been a gradual slip, like the tide wearing away at a sandstone cliff. Chipping the solid foundations until there was nothing left to stop the structure falling to the waves below. It's not like he spends all of his time sitting around moping over a lost friendship, he's good at distractions. But LA only seems to accentuate the distance between them. Two separate planets, not even in the same solar systemComplete
No judgement
So @franzixidfc contacted me and asked if I couldn't write a book on her idea and this is the result. I tried to follow the basic storyline and added some myself. Harry and Louis were best friends when they were kids until Harry had to move away. Harry returned at the age 17 to his home town to live with his aunt. The kids in Ireland bullied him for the way he dressed. In his new school Harry noticed a loner that everyone called Tommo. There was something familiar with the boy but Harry doesn't make the connection at first. Instead he tried to befriend the boy because he knew how it felt to be alone but Tommo wasn't interested in making friends. Purely fictional. Triggerwarning: weed smokingComplete

THIS BOOK IS NOT MINE, IT BELONGS TO AMORY ON AO3 SUMMARY - Louis lets out a shuddering breath. "I love you," he says. "Fuck you," Harry replies. "You know that I've always loved you," Louis continues, not stopping to acknowledge what Harry's said. Harry shakes his head. "I know, but sometimes I wonder if that ever went past us just growing up together. We were never apart Louis, never for so many years, and the minute we were you just left me. So sometimes, when I let myself think about it, I think maybe that's why we don't work. You were just so used to loving me because you didn't know anything else." Louis and Harry, best friends since before either of them can remember, broke up four years ago. Louis has achieved his dreams of becoming the next big thing while Harry has stayed back, dedicating himself to his studies. Both are content to forget what they had together, until a tragedy brings them right back into each other's lives.Complete
Past lives
Louis hated Harry. He was walking around like he was superior, thinking he was so hot and sexy. Well, Louis could see right through it. They had been in a band together for almost two years and Louis avoided him at any cost. What he couldn't avoid on the other hand was how fucking clumsy Harry was. One night Harry tripped on stage and pushed Louis over the edge. While he was unconscious a woman appeared and told him that he had an old soul and that he had lived many lives. She said that she wanted to show him some of those lives to make him realize something. It wasn't like he had anything better to do, being unconscious and all that so he agreed. So he went on some freaky journey in his mind and he couldn't even get away from Harry when he was passed out because every life he had lived included one certain green-eyed boy by his side... Versions
@supu1224 pitched me this idea: What about a story named versions where they face struggles of life and how that changes them into different persons from who they were at the beginning but they still find home in each other? I had to try and write this, so this is Harry and Louis from the beginning to end with glimpses of their lives together. Purely fictional. Some smut. Trigger warning: When this is a beginning to end fic it means death. It also contains drug use and violence. Enjoy!Complete
