The Summer I became known

At the age of eight Marlow's parents both died and without them she felt lost. She was raised by her parents best friends in an apartment separate from their own children. She thus became shy and self conscious about herself and never believed she would be ready to face her friends from the past. After nine years had passed, Marlow's God parents decided that she must return to Cousins, to not only visit her parent's grave but to also see everyone again. Marlow is scared out of her tree and has no idea what to expect, but when things start to look good she believes that maybe she can fit into this story again.
