Trenson was raised to kill. Some called him an Assassin. He walked the night murdering people he thought were a harm to society. He thinks of it like a "cleansing".
Everyday people wonder about the random deaths of criminals and strange men, how they died with no trace of evidence. Trenson is a ghost, nobody knows who he is. He doesn't even know who he is.
He soon realises that he wants to stop, to stop the life he's living and pass it onto his children like his father had done to him.
He settles down with a woman he loves but when his past catches up to him and surround his new family with danger he has to do somthing.
He has to become the Assassin again.
