Avalon Williams, known as Lonna, was harassed by a gang who cornered her in a parking garage. When an innocent man tried to help her, everything went wrong and Lonna was pushed into the flames that engulfed her car. Months later, after hospitalization and many treatments, Lonna enrolls at a new school. Now attending Charlotte County High School with her best friend Skylar, Lonna wants to make the rest of her senior year count. On her first day back, she meets a mysterious guy named Damian.
