**IN PROGRESS** Have you ever heard your science teacher tell you that the Earth is made up of layers? Well--they're only half right. What they don't know, is what these layers are really made OF. They're actually different worlds, one on top of the other. Some are full of different creatures thought to be extinct, after the modern world became unsustainable for them. Others are realms of fairy tales and myths, that existed in the modern world SO long ago, they were dismissed as legends. Then there are worlds created by concepts WE believed in, because if enough people believe in something hard enough, it can actually happen. The good...and the bad. Since every layer touches another, they exist simultaneously. Each one has four select doorways. Two connecting that realm to the next, and two that connect it the one preceding it, and they can only be used by those who belong in these secret worlds. One day Bianca and her friend Ariel find one such entrance. Will they be allowed inside? And if they are, what kind of turn will their lives take?

"Feeling better?" Dante asked gently but there was an undertone to it. "I was puking this morning but I'm all better. Probably just a stubborn stomach flu. Just makes me ache all over." Giving him a small smile to reassure him. He sadly didn't look so convinced. Did I miss a spot with my makeup? The only thing my uncle gets me that's semi nice, but it is to hide his abuse. "Bullshit! Stop lying." Dante said sternly. My heartbeat was in my ears as he spoke those words, and my anxiety made my palms sweaty. His eyes held concern and suspicion which only made me want to cower away. "I'm n-n-not-" His hazel eyes were shifting darker which made my heart fearful. His eyes were like uncles but without the hatred. "He's right Caelia. Tell us the truth." Ivena said from behind me. My anxiety peaked and my chest went tight; tears pricked my eyes. Why can't they leave it alone? Did they see one of my bruises? Maybe my uncle is right, maybe I am stupid. They are going to think so poorly of me, but I don't know if I can hide it from them much longer. Their eyes went over me as if analyzing me and I hated it. "No no its just from being sick I swear I-" Their eyes cut through me and into my soul. Tears blurred my vision as I realized they wouldn't accept it. "He's just drunk and angry. He doesn't know what he's doing." Tears threaten to fall at my words, and it felt so hard to breathe to even speak the hidden truth. "Who?" Dante asked with a softer tone. His hands reached out to touch me, but I jerked away only making it worse on me. ===================================== Caelia Addison and her Uncle moved to a new place in order to start over to escape his every growing debt. While searching for a job, she ends up meeting three people that end up not only saving her from her abuse, but can they save her from their world or will simply get Caught in the Feud...
