Symphony and Harmony & Lyric and Melody are two sets of twins who were all just your typical 4 teenage girls but one day while they were the mall one day a cute boy walks up to Harmony, she recognizes him as Luke Hemmings, a cute boy from her high school and she see's his three best friends Calum, Ashton, and Micheal, skip a year later they r all 17 and 18 and Harmony and her boyfriend Luke got into a horrible car crash Luke gets out ok but the car hit the passenger side where Harmony was....
she slips into coma and after a month they r ready to let her go.. but then she wakes up... with Amnesia and remembers the girls and boys.... but not Luke.
