Sweeping Dean up into his arms, he spread his wings and brought him to the newly abandoned heaven just before it was sealed shut. 

"How could you do this to me, Cas?" Dean asked, furious.

Cas gave him a confused glance, "What are you talking about, Dean? I saved you."

"You may have saved me but you left Sammy to die!" Dean shouted, his anger causing his beautiful green eyes to flash with rage.
