But what I do fundamentally hope is that it helps you awaken, open your eyes so you can feel. Because to feel means that you have a soul, and what is less beautiful than the knowledge of consciousness?

We all have pain inside us, inside those softhearted yet tough hearts and it's on us on how to express it, how to ease it, and how to control it. Painters grab their brushes to express. Singers grab their microphones to express. Dancers grab their shoes to express. While Poets, they grab roses and let their palm bleed until the blood can be used as ink. thank you so much for being here, ily!!

It tries to make sense of the past and explores trauma head on in an unfiltered way that leaves no room for denial. It's a documentation of my entire life, moments both sun kissed and dark. Some themes included consist of toxic household environments, the loss of loved ones, abusive relationships, suicidal thoughts and actions, and struggling with mental illness.
