When Niall finds out that he is dying of cancer, he holds back from telling his girlfriend, Rebecca. When she finally finds out and wants to spend the rest of Niall's life with him, they get married. Not long afterwards, Niall goes to Baltimore for treatments and comes back cancer free! Niall and Rebecca both realize that there is no future in their relationship. But when Niall gets a call saying that the cancer is back, He is hesitant on telling Rebecca, instead he leaves to go back for more treatments. The struggles only get harder when Rebecca finds out that she too may carry the cancer gene. But thats not all...When Niall is forced to leave the hospital for the safety of Perrie, he is pressured about his reuniting with Rebecca.
