Isabella just got out of a bad relationship. He abused her, raped her, and cheated on her. But what makes it was is that he was her first boyfriend, which really wasn't helping her view of a relationship. She thought she was in love with him at the beginning because he wasn't as bad as he turned out to be. The abusing went on for a a few months, until her parents found out, the relationship ended there. He began to try and get her to have sex with him, even when it was all said and done.
