In a creative writing class in the spring 2015, I was tasked with writing three short stories for the semester. The first two are based off of TMC, but for the third one I wanted to do something completely original. I started with one question; "Do you believe in creatures that we can't see?" From there, the words spiraled into a short story that I would later present at an academic forum and an idea for an entire trilogy. I have already begun planning out the trilogy, but will not start writing it until 2016. In the meantime, I'm sharing the original Prism Realm short story with you, in all of its "mostly edited" glory.All Rights Reserved
