"Do it," he whispered. 

Although the words were barely uttered they cut into my skin much like the razor I was holding. Blood trickled down my hand as his words rang in the silence. He really expected me to do it. As if it was the easiest thing in the world. As if I really had a choice. But this was the real thing, to hurt another living human being. I couldn't. But I had to. My stomach turned sour as the blade slid out of my unmoving hand.

"I-I can't,"

Elenor Bailey is an average single-parented slightly sheltered high school senior. Her life is a never ending cycle of school, work, sleep, school; plain and dull.

That is, until her mother disappears. 

Wracked with anger and desperation she goes with a complete stranger in the hopes of finding her.
