Gracely Harret is 'special'.

As in, supernatural 'special'.

As a fallen angel, you are forced to chose either to be either Dusk or Dawn.
And raised in a Dusk family, she knows exactly what to expect of Dusk if it is what she chooses.

But Gracely doesn't want to be Dusk like her parents and siblings. She wants to do something good in life.

Angry at her parents for doing the unthinkable, Gracely runs away from her wealthy Dusk family and to her Dawn Aunt Carol's home, where she plans on being normal.

And wanting to be as normal as she possibly can, enrolls in high school-where she meets a boy.
