Laken Grey is a normal 17 year old girl. She goes through everyday life of high school. She isn't popular but not the one everyone picks on either. Her life takes a turn when her parents pass away from a fatal car accident leaving her and her older brother, Derrick, to fend for themselves.
Derrick's new job moves them across state to Oceanside, California. A new school, new friends, new state, Laken tries to put herself back together.
But destiny has other plans. Lies began to unfold, and the life she thought she had is nothing but a mere dream. Not only does she realize something weird about her new friends but something else draws her to the most popular guy in school, Jace Holden

In this new journey, she has support of a doctor who actually hit her with his car and made her suffer with amnesia, PTSD, anger issues, nightmares, and many more... With time they come close and as if destined they fall in love with each other. This story tells about the journey of a girl who starts learning from zero and rises to become a star loved by everyone because she applies what she had been taught throughout her learning process. She is pure, straightforward, nature lover, independent, hates discrimination of any kind and brave to show the world that truth always wins.Complete
