Clever young Samuel Braus starts of college like any normal person would start college. The fact of the matter is, Samuel won't be attending an ordinary community college. West Creek University, originally thought to be haunted but, in a strange turn of events turn out to be curated and dishonestly founded by a Genie. Barivee, believed to be the famous- yet -long - lost Genie of the Bloon Lamp, quenches the students thirst for abnormality in the ever so boring school in a desperate attempt to reclaim his good name with the help of Samuel Braus.
