It turns out that what Anthony was hiding all along, was that he was secretly a brony; who likes watching the kids cartoon My Little Pony. Ian freaks out with finding out about his secret, and attempts to break him out of it. But instead, the two of them end up being transported into the cartoon world of Equestria and meet the Mane Six. Over time, they grow back together, relearning to love every part of each other. Moving on from the war isn't easy, especially when Katniss still revisits her greatest fears and worst memories every night. But Peeta is always there, keeping the nightmares away, keeping her safe. This work follows The Hunger Games book from the POV of an OC. Some of the plot will be changed and/or dialogue will be different. I will be following the original plot from the book as closely as possible, with some variations of differing scenes or text due to the OC insert. Thus, the world, most of the characters in this fic, most of the plot, and dialogue, belongs to and is owned by Suzanne Collins. All rights are to the creators of the hunger games series. This work will span through the first book in The Hunger Games Trilogy, and I hope to create others in the future that insert Willow into the other two books as well. Disclaimer: There will likely be some stuff in this fic that are cliche within Hunger Games fics. Also note: there's a last name naming convention for abandoned and orphaned children that is used throughout the districts. Willow's last name is Fairchild because of this. Fairchild is the most common surname for orphans, and is known throughout the districts to be for an orphaned or abandoned person. ALSO IMPORTANT: In this fanfic, Peeta and Katniss are aged up to 18, everybody else's ages are staying the same, don't come for me pls.
