REPORT TO ROOM 294 FOR DETENTION THIS AFTERNOON. read the small pink slip in her hand. Letting out a sigh she pushed open the door leading to a room she thought would be empty, it is the first day of school. Instead four other students sat in desks scattered all across the room. All eyes sprung up to her. Where was the teacher?
"Hey, what's your name" one of the boys asked. He was wearing orange/yellow pants with a big baggy black and white tribal patterned sweater paired with a black pair of vans. A black beanie covered his brown hair.
"Cora" She said simply, he took in her features, black leggings, black Nirvana sweated, black converse and large black headphones around her neck. Blonde and red hair swarmed her back and fell too her waist.
"Will" he spoke putting out his hand to shake.
"Parker" spoke a boy with black and blue hair that hung in his face. Wearing red pants with a white fitted t shirt and white chucks.
"Emily" A girl with curly strawberry blonde locks that stopped at her shoulders. A cute floral dress clung to her bodice and flared out a bit at the waist. Light brown sandals were on her small feet.
"Asher" came from a guy with blonde hair formed in a quiff and all black attire. Black sunglasses were positioned on his face while his feet rested on one of the desks around him.
" Do you all know each other" Cara asked.
"Yeah"
"We all met here on this day 2 years ago. What are you in for"
"Skipping class"
"Me too" spoke Will and Asher at the same time, making Emily giggle.
"Welcome to the club Cara" Parker said.

I say while moving and letting him pass. I close the door and walk to my bed, grabbing the CD's I bought for my younger sisters Evie. He walks to the door and turns the handle but it doesn't open. I turn around when I hear him struggling with the door. "The door won't open." He says pointing to the handle. "Yeah it's been weird the past week or two. You just have to yank on it." I say as I walk up to it to open it. But a loud static sound comes over the speakers. "Hello students of Clover University. It seems we've had a glitch in the locking system. We're not sure how long it will take to repair. So unfortunately you're stuck in the dorms until further notice. We're sorry for the inconvenience." The speakers make a beeping sound then go quiet. I sigh before throwing my bag on my bed and plopping down. I pull out my phone and call my parents, telling them what is happening and that I won't see them until they fix the issue in the system.
