They live in the world of the leather book and thrive on the power of Outline. A limitless power to create anything the creator chooses. However new outlines appear and oppress the pencil people. Chip forced to work as a package boy for the other Outlines, but soon finds out of the others plans for the pages as well as their creator Judy. Can Chip, Judy's first drawing stop their plans and save the pages and their creator? Even when pencil is so easy to erase?
