Victoria is a girl who hasn't had a normal life, she lives with her uncle because her parents just vanished. She remembers that day very well, the 01.09.04, her birthday. She had just turned 4. Victoria was never a pleasant child, rude, violent and vulgar. her dad told her the night  before her birthday "I love you and your brother, just wait till the time is right sweetie" she's never really understood what he meant by it.
