Well no one knew about one spark of a rebellion in-between, the one that made one girl, Forever in The Hunger Games. Well, on the year of the 68th Hunger Games, eleven year old Lucinda Colden sparked Rebellion; she was taken by the Capitol, and was locked away for two months while the Capitol decided what to do with her.
