Camila Cabello is well-liked around Lee Jackson High. She's athletic, musically talented, and an all-around friendly person with every clique in the junior class. Camila and her best friend, Hailee, have been inseparable since 4th grade. Both of them play softball and have every class together. She means the world to Camila and she'd do anything for her best friend. Everything is going so well for her, but something is missing. She wants to share her life with someone, and she wants someone to share their life with her. Suddenly, tragedy strikes and leaves Camila feeling lost and heartbroken. She shuts out anyone who tries to help her and secludes herself from the rest of high school. She hasn't eaten or slept since she received the most heart-wrenching phone call of her life. Her family is worried and her friends want so badly to help her in some kind of way. In a matter of days, everything goes from good to bad, and Camila has no idea what to do anymore.

Lauren Jauregui is a green-eyed beauty who loves to read and write. She makes good grades and has a stable family. As a junior in high-school, she is dead set on going to college for writing. She doesn't really associate with anyone at Lee Jackson High except for her best friend, Dinah Jane, but she knows just about everyone, and she's been in love with Camila Cabello since freshman year. The green eyed girl loves everything about the brown eyed girl, all her flaws and all her little quirks. When tragedy hits the school, Lauren is taken off guard and everything comes to a halt. Her heart breaks at the sudden news and she can't figure out what to do. All she can do is worry about that brown eyed girl that everyone has so much respect for.
