The White Wolves Thieves Guild has been captured and has been sent for their execution. The crimes that they've done were unforgivable and the punishment was death. The thieves enter the gallows to be hung for their crimes. Before they could be hanged, an Amphisbaena (look at mythicalcreatureslist.com under medieval) swooped down and attacked the village. While everyone ran and screamed, leaving the scene the thieves ran to their safe haven and either got scratched or bitten or got away safely.
