Secret heartbeats

I never expected this. I didn't plan for anything like this. I wasn't prepared.

Now I'm left with questions.

What if I didn't do it?

What if he felt it too?

What if somehow.... we were actually meant to be?

But after all we've be through, I heard nothing from him.

Not even a simple word that would honestly enlighten whatever situation we were in, or atleast I was in.
