'Will you marry me Alexandra?' 'Yes Vince! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!' 'But we can't get married right now, will you wait for me?' 'Of course, anything for my Vincy,' 'Pinky promise?' 'Pinky promise.' *** 11 years ago, I was engaged. Of course, I didn't know what marriage meant, I mean for god's sake, I was 6. Vince and I played the role of a happy couple until the year I turned 8. My parents got divorced and I left to Canada with my dad without telling or saying goodbye to Vince. 11 years later, my dad remarried and had a family of his own, so I decided to move back in with my mom. To say Vince was still the boy I loved all those years ago would be a lie, he became a whole new person. He was distance, cold and the worst part? He didn't seem to remember me at all. I guess our love story ended ages ago, but why was still there a part of me that wants to keep fighting for us?

A story of a girl who had been working without any break since she turned 18. She was not a workaholic, but she was intended to work, to not pressurize her parents. "Hey! Can we become more than friends?" he said catching me up from behind as I walk through the hallway, back to my locker. "Oh! Boyfriend! Sorry, I wasn't knowing that." He said as he saw me looking down at the ring I had on my finger, fidgeting it and giving him a small smile. "Hey! No! I'm not committed or something!" I said reluctantly correcting him, as he mistook me with the ring. "Oh! So, is it a YES?" he asks with sparkles in his eyes. "Sorry! But I don't want to get into these stuffs... at least right now!" I said, knowing it'll hurt him. "But don't you worry! We'll be good friends!" I told him to cheer him up. He passed me a weak smile and went to his locker, as I went to mine.
