Some people always say that they knew, remembered, really, the exact day their lives changed. The day that everything turned around. I think for me, it was a bit more gradual. But it started on a summer day, a day much like any other summers day. I remember it perfectly. What happened, you ask?

Whoever thought, that I would one day become a businesswoman with a complicated back story, Sometimes I feel that I am never allowed to be happy... That I have been cursed in all possible ways, but again sometimes I feel like I need nothing more in life and I am content... Life took a wild turn when I turned 26, and since then it feels like a never-ending roller coaster that is going on and on, without me being able to see what's there in front of it... Have you ever met someone who alters the course of your life? For good or for bad, they've come in, given and taken, and then- BOOM! Your life was never the same. There's always a change, an altering of reality. When you meet those people, the reality that you've known your whole life is suddenly gone and a new one has taken its place. When those moments happen, there's no going back. You can try to return to the way things were but nothing, and I mean nothing, can take you back to exactly how it was. That's what happened to us. I think that's why we're still trying so desperately to get back to some sort of normalcy. Four years later and we're still on the ground, crawling, in search of the happiness that was lost that June. Summers will never be the same.
