'The last leaf will fall.'
A prophecy dating back to the 1700's. A story that is told every night to every child in their small town.

Something Katy Holmes know better than herself.

'If the last leaf shall fall and never grow again, the end will begin,
and all will cower in fear.'

No one knows when It will happen, but every fall, eyes wander away from conversations, to stare at the leaves, the ones on the ground, wondering if the leaves that have always hung on the trees,
will come again.

What will happen if the end nears,
would every person hide away in fear,
or will the darkness surround us,
or will someone fight back.
