As years passed, human survivors finally re-emerged from living underground to discover another world of a robotic society, which they called themselves, Mega. There is an Army of 100 million robotic soldiers being led by an evil tyrant called, General Grant trying to extinguish the human race. The last remaining human survivors started independent nations and built underground tunnels expanding underwater, linking other underground nations for support. Humans and the robotic army are continually at war with one another for dominance of the earth. Zane Cooper, who is a unique individual with an odd appearance that has the ability to control electricity. He could be the only last hope for saving humanity from the hands of the Mega Forces.

What happens he is sent off on a mission by the king to assassinate somebody. Why is it that he instead finds the lost king and the heirs to the throne? Who will join Techno on this adventure and why does he hear these mysterious voices in his head, where did they come from?
