Hanako Suoh cousin of Tamaki Suoh is shipped off to live with Tamaki after her mother dies. Hanako has been horrible ill for almost a year, and none of the doctors know what's wrong with her. Hanako is bed ridden and is unable to walk more then a couple of feet from her bed. So she is unable to attend school with Tamaki or interact with anyone other then the staff and her family. She is almost ready to give up when Tamaki decides to bring the Host Club to meet her.
He takes to her right away and she takes to him as well. He is always willing to help her even with just little things that she could do for herself. He is as protective to her as he is to Honey. But they're future is troubling. As Hanako's health start slipping more and more so does her will to live. But something is stopping her from end all of her pain and suffering. Failed attempts lead to worried staff, family, friends, and lovers.
