The dare is to sneak into someone's house. More specifically, her neighbor, whom everyone loves. She thinks that he is just annoying, with his always probing her mind to figure out her secrets...
She always wondered what love was like, is this it, or is this like, and love is worse, or is it just... nothing, because she likes/ loves someone else more?
