Kankri is the eldest son of the preacher of his church and wants to help people with their problems. Though a talkative teen and also sassy, he is still kind to his potty mouth younger brother.

When donating blood to a local clinic, he finds out that he has Leukemia. A blood cancer that most teens and children have. Devastated, kankri doesn't know if he'll live. Most of all his friends Cronus, is in love with him, and doesn't want to hurt him by telling him he will die soon.
