What do you do when you find out that your life so far has been a lie?
Fifteen year old Simone de la Serre has finally arrived in Ireland to meet the rest of her mother’s family, she doesn’t know what happened to cause a rift within the family or why suddenly her mother has decided to send her to live with her grandparents. The only thing Simone does know is that nothing makes any sense, strange things are happening in the forest that borders her grandparents land and magic is very much alive in this part of the world where danger and evil lurks in the shadows.
