Tyler Joseph returns home from a long day at work to find a shoebox full of cassette tapes waiting for him at his door. Upon listening to the tapes, he discovers that they were recorded by his high school love, Madison Soliz, who committed suicide a month prior. Throughout the course of the night, Tyler listens to the tapes and unearths the secrets of his town and those in it. And what he discovers will change him forever. 

Set in an AU and based on the novel Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher.
