When you're different, its hard to express yourself without the trouble and fear of rejection. If you were the same, nothing in the world would even dare bother you. Brooke, a young adult, was a unique addition to the land of the different. Her abnormally colored blue eyes covered up her emotions like a thick, impenetrable blanket. Her voice could be identified among a thousand other voices. Her imagination wrapped around her, protecting her from the bitter reality, and every single person around her would tell her to wake up and stop dreaming.
The most shocking thing about her was that no one could ever tell the way she was feeling, and they blamed it on her eye color.
