I was so caught up in the moment I didn't notice him move closer until our lips were a centimetre apart. "I can't Felix." My voice was hoarse as I spoke. My nerves were sky high. He grinned at me mischievously. 

"Luanne-," he shook his head "you know, that's probably the crappiest excuse I've ever heard." He chuckled softly and tucked a loose strand of hair behind my ear.  I quivered ever so slightly as his breath fanned my face. 

I stiffened noticeably. "Our love is forbidden." I croaked out.

    "Isn't that the best kind?" Within a spilt second, Felix grasped my face.
