Say, for example, that the Doctor had a daughter who went missing years ago and has just recently reappeared. Say she befriends a girl whose "uncle" works for Torchwood, and just say that that girl finds out who his daughter is. What would happen as a result? A lot, as it seems. This is our story (thanks, Jack, for telling -_-), and this is what happens.
