Two In A Million

For thousands of years witches, mermaids, werewolves, and vampires had been living among humans. They hid.
Werewolves hid in plain sight a few even became presidents.
Vampires also hid in plain sights. However they still drank blood.
Witches hid in the woods. Small abandoned cabins, with secret huge basements filled with them.
And of course Mermaids hid deep under the sea.
But one day they took over. It was shockingly easy. The remainder of humans lived with witches, or mermaids. The only rule, was that when they weren't with a witch or mermaid, they could be taken by vampires to be sold as slaves. Some slaves were used for the dirty, somes they were used for labor, or simple housework. But never for friends, and especially, were never bought because of (cheese warning) love.
This is the story about how that all changed. When elderly vampire, Carrie dies, her slave, Taylor is sold, her new owner sells her and her current owner and her? They're soulmates. But in the werewolf territory, for that matter the Alpha's son, Jace, has been looking for his soulmate for a long time, little does he expect it would be the slave of Adam.
