Johnathan Delirious, Tyler Wilde, Marcel and Lui  Calibre are all surgeons at a teaching hospital in Seattle named Seattle Grey memorial. They are first year attendings and stuck with the newest Interns, they thought everything would be bad until they met Evan Fong, Craig Thompson, Brock Snuckle, David Nogla.
