This is the story of Amelia Salvatore. The sister of Damon and Stefan Salvatore.
In 1863 Katherine Pierce showed up and stole her brothers from her. After a while she was so sad she started to think about ending her life by jumping off the falls. This was because before Katherine came along her brothers were the only people that actually cared about her. Because her father was always off working and never really paid her any attention.
One night Damon and Amelia were supposed to the founders ball together. But he left her at the house and went with Stefan and Katherine. Her father noticed she was still at the house while her brothers and Katherine had already left. He asked if she was going and she told him no and went to her room. Waiting for him to leave. In her mind she thought 'Tonight is the night my suffering ends.' But what happens after she jumps off the falls.
You'll have to read 'The Secret Salvatore' to find out.
