This non fiction tale tells of a 14 year old girl battling to over come various mental disorders, such as depression and anxiety. The girl is faced with the bad truths in the world: not everyone in the world will like you. Some may even hate you, to the extent of wanting it to be known. The girl goes through high school, and as if it wasn't hard enough, she's bullied. Terribly. How do I know this story is true? Because I lived it.

Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more.
